Do you take insurance?
We are currently in-network with the insurances listed above. Self-pay options are also available. We can supply a Superbill that you are able to submit to your insurance for out-of-network services. Reimbursement is subject to each individual’s insurance plan.

Does someone need to be present at the session?
We ask that someone is present during sessions to provide support and motivation to the child.

Is a deposit required to schedule a DMI intensive?
Deposits are required to reserve your spot for a DMI intensive. At this time, no deposits are required for contract services.

What is your cancellation policy?
24-hour notice is requested for all cancelled sessions. We will do our best to re-schedule within a timely manner depending on availability.

What types of payment do you accept and when is payment due?
Payment is due the date of service. We are currently accepting cash, check, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards for payment options.

What areas do you serve?
We serve Wichita and the surrounding areas including Andover, Maize, Goddard, Derby, Haysville, and Park City. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
